The Editorialist provides a platform for critical discussions and topics. This is the most heavily moderated section of Shared-Practice because we felt there were too few opportunities these days for critical thought to be shared. We encourage you to submit your critical writing for consideration.

Shared-Practice Event calendars are open-sourced; they require a strong group of active contributors. We need you to gather 10 of your friends and have them sign-up and encourage others in their network to join. We have to start somewhere; it’s critical for the success of local design communities that we have a passionate/active user base. If you think your city is ready please contact us.

To keep it simple: You get what you give. We believe that we ultimately rely on each other for help. By sharing resources you are actively supporting those that support you, be they fabricators, designers, or local businesses. In today's networked world, we are more connected than ever. By sharing we are more productive, effective, and fulfilled.

Shared-Practice is the first and only open-source website dedicated to supporting and coordinating the design community at large. We are the fastest growing network and resource listing for people passionate about design, architecture, fashion, and graphics. Every day members post and share events, valuable resources, and connect with each another.
